Refund Policy
Tickets, once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged except in circumstances where the performance has been cancelled.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, Renfrewshire Leisure will take reasonable steps to notify ticket holders. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to notify ticket holders prior to the event date.
Concessions
We offer concessions for the following groups. However, please note that concessions are not available for all performances.
- Under 16
- Senior citizen
- Unemployed
- Disabled
- Escort/Carer
- Student
- ‘Young Scot’ card holder
Special Access Requirements
Customer must inform the festival of any BSL requirements three weeks prior to the event. The box office can be contacted on [email protected] or [email protected]
Management Rules
Renfrewshire Leisure reserves the right to refuse admission or to request that any ticket holder leave the digital space and may take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Children
Children of all ages must have a valid ticket for the workshop events and be supervised at all times. No one under the age of 14 will be admitted to a performance without being accompanied by a responsible adult (who must be aged 18 years or over).
Mobile phones
Please switch off all mobile phones before entering a Zoom Interactive event.
Zoom Interactive Events
We don’t permit the sharing of Zoom links, as these are only for those that register for the workshops, as there is a limited capacity for these events.
Special Effects
Patrons should be aware that strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Notices of any such special effects will be posted at the venue on the evening of the performance.
