The Infinite tells the story of Elle, a Leapling – one of the special children born on 29th February who possess The Gift of moving through time. With her best pal Big Ben, she sets off on a journey into the future – to fix things before it's too late. Patience Agbabi is one of Britain’s most celebrated poets and performers, whose books have included the Ted Hughes Prize shortlisted Telling Tales, a contemporary reimagining of Chaucer’s The Canterbury Tales. The Infinite is Patience’s first book for children and in this event, which is part of a series produced by Renaissance One, she’ll read from the story and chat with Tomiwa Folorunso.
