Live Event – CPD session for all English teachers, librarians and other teachers interested in creative writing.

1 session only open to Renfrewshire school staff.  How to encourage creative writing with pupils. The theme of the CPD session will be Home and Identity and will be an opportunity for teachers to explore their own experiences in a fun, creative environment.

Kerry Hudson was born in Aberdeen and is an award-winning novelist and memoirist. Her first novel, Tony Hogan Bought Me an Ice-Cream Float Before He Stole My Ma, won the Scottish First Book Award. Her most recent book is the memoir Lowborn: Growing Up, Getting Away and Returning to Britain’s Poorest Towns.
