Poets in Paisley present a classical music and poetry writing workshop featuring poet and violinist Sarah Wagner. This ninety-minute workshop will encourage participants to think about what forms of rebellion exist in their daily life?
This literary prompt will be further developed by Sarah’s musical prompt: a performance of the “Allemande” from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Partita No. 2. A facilitated workshop will follow led by Donna Matthew where participants write their thoughts, share their pieces, and collaborate to create a new performance of the “Allemande” inspired by the works created in the session.
